4) Hotel ticket Confirmed (Coloured Printout) 
5) Airline Ticket Confirmed (Coloured Printout) 
6) Bank statement of last 6 months (attested by branch) with minimum balance 70000INR
(Latest transaction should not be older than 3 days).
7) ITR (2 Years) or Business License or Pay Slips
8) Passport Original
9) Two passport size photographs
